Presentation Manager CCLI Song Importer



Presentation Manager CCLI Song Importer will download song lyrics directly from the CCLI webpage into Presentation Manager.  You must be a member of CCLI Song Select to use this feature.  You must also be connected to the internet if you wish to import songs.

The buttons work just like a web browser.  The "Previous" and "Next" buttons will allow you to navigate back through the web page, and then forward again.  The "Stop" button will stop the current page from loading, the "Refresh" button will attempt to reload the current page, and the "Home" button will bring you back to the CCLI home page.  The "Import" button will allow you to save a song from the CCLI page directly into Presentation Manager.

Logging In

When you launch the CCLI Song Importer it will take you to the CCLI login screen shown above (assuming you are connected to the internet).  If you have already signed up for CCLI Song Select Import service you will need to enter you name and password.  If not click "New User?" and you will be allowed to sign up for this service.   However, if your church does not have a CCLI license number you will need to contact them to get this first.  Go to www.CCLI.com for more information.

Once you have successfully logged in you will be given one or more options depending on what you have signed up for.  Click "Launch Song Select" to begin.  If this option is not listed you have not properly signed up for CCLI Song Select.  Go to www.CCLI.com to sign up for this service.

Importing Songs

Once you have logged in you can either do a search for the songs you want or look through their top 100 chart to find new songs.  Select the song that you want.  A page similar to this will be displayed.



When this page is showing click the "Import" button on the CCLI Song Importer toolbar.

Clicking the Import Button will display a song properties page.



Click the "File" tab and then the "Save" button.

You will need to save this file in one of your song folders if you want it to be displayed in Presentation Manager.  These are typically found in C:/Creativles Lifestyles/MasterData/Songs/  You can save your songs in the Hymns folder, the Contemporary folder or even in your own collection.  When you launch Presentation Manager you should see the song come up in the appropriate song set.  If Presentation Manager is running during the import you may need to close and relaunch to see the song.
