Header/Footer Property Page

The Header Footer Property Page allows you to setup what is displayed in the header and footer of your song slides.

The lower settings allow the user set the header and footer to "Never Show" or to only show on the first, last or all the verses. The check boxes allow the user to set what in shown in the header and footer when they are displayed.
