The Crop Tool Crop.

The Crop tools is an easy way to cut down your image.  This tool will disappear when a graphic entity is selected.

To use the crop tool:

1. Click the slide you want to edit in the playlist.

Click the Slide in the Playlist.

2. Click the crop tool.  You will see a green box appear on the Preview Window.

Click the crop tool. 

3. Arrange the crop square over the part of the graphic you want to keep.

4. Hit the crop button again.

Hit the crop button again.  The final crop.
