Using Dual Projectors
The dual projector workspace is similar to the PM workspace
except for two things. The addition of output selectors and two
playlists instead of one. The Preview window output selector
determines the output display for items selected from the palette. The
output selectors above the playlists determine the output display for
the the playlists.
The output selectors show three options:
Both - Output will go to both screens.
Screen 1 - Output will go to output 1.
Screen 2 - Output will go to output 2.
On
the dual projector workspace a link button is shown next to the Alert
button. When the link button is pressed it will turn green to indicate
the the two playlists are now linked together. When you click on one
slide the corresponding slide in the other playlist will be shown. The
software will automatically set the output selectors so that the output
goes to the two separate outputs.
PowePoint and Dvd can be output to both screens by simply setting the Output Selector to both.
