For the inspired version (worship / churches) there is one screen for the operator and a separate ouput(s) for the projector(s)/displays(s).This way the congregation never sees what the operator is doing, while allowing the operator to make changes to a program in the middle of service
For the signage version the dual screen can both be set to run separate presentations concurrently. To run more than 2 displays then multiple instances of the software can be run at once.
In order to take advantage of Presentation Manager's dual/tripple screen functionality you will need to be sure to have the proper computer hardware.

| CRT (RGB) dual display card | CRT/DVI dual display card |
In order to achieve the dual screen output you need on your desktop you will need a dual display video card. A dual display video card will either have two standard CRT (also called RGB) outputs, or a CRT and a DVI output. If you have a card with 2 CRT outputs you can directly connect your monitor to one and your projector to another. If you have a CRT/DVI card you can connect a LCD monitor to the DVI output (or use a DVI to CRT convertor to connect a standard monitor) and connect the projector to the CRT. You can connect your projector to the S-Video out on a video card, but typically this will reduce projection quality.
If you do not have a dual display card installed already you can
purchase one from most computer retailers
