Dvd Playback
Presentation Manager can playback Dvd video disks using
the computers Dvd drive. The current version does no support In and out points
The DVD Prerequisities
On some machine if the audio does not work download the
ac3filter. Google it and install
The DVD - How it works
The DVD plays in it own window so we cannot overlay text on it.
The window is not visible to the user but the software locates ie moves it
to the current display as directed by the user.
Basic Dvd Playback
The devices palette tab allows playback of Dvd
right click to play pause or resume
right click on the DVD select preview to view in the preview (number2). Here you can then
click on any DVD options if presented
notice the staus of the DVD player is show, IE paused, playing stopped, undefined etc...
the media toolbar also controls DVD playback
