Managing Data Folders
As explained in Palette Basics the user can easily add songs, images etc
The software also allows the song to be delete or backedup. Right clicking on the current song folder
tab will present some management options

move/paste takes the selected items, and when the operator navigates to another folder they can be pasted
cut/paste takes the selected items and cut them straight away to memory, and when the operator navigates to another folder they can be pasted
delete the selected items - not to any recycle bin so be careful
reloads the folder; this is convenient if songs where added and they do not show up
reload to memory make subsequent searches fast. Note the first search will load all the folder to memory
sort by date/name convenient if you want to view recent addtions
Info on number of song in folder
Zip Folder zip these asong to a .zip file
Shadow Folder copies the song to a another folder - it synchronizes folder so only changed or new item are copied
