Taking Advantage of this Feature
1. Editing Multiple Objects on a Slide.
Instead of opening and closing the property page for each slide, the user can leave the property page open. Change the text in the first object to gray, immediately right-click the second object (without closing the property page) and its properties will load in the window. Make the change, right-click the third object etc. Fewer steps make preparation faster and easier.
2. Adding transitions to Multiple Slides
To change muliple slides at once; Click the first slide and shift + click the last. Set up the transition....Alternatively multiple selection can be done by pressing the "ctrl" key on mouse click...
When a new slide or object is loaded,the property window will default to the same property page if available, making it faster to edit similar features over several slides
