Playlists in a Program
A Playlist/Sequence is a set of slides. A Program is a set
of Playlists/Sequences.
Using the Playlist Propety page you can add/remove playlists to/from
your program, and set various settings on those playlists.
To access the Playlist Property page click the Edit Properties button
and select "Playlist".

To add a new playlist to the
program click the "+Sequence" button.

To add a PowerPoint sequence to
your program click the "+ PowerPoint" button. Once you have a
PowerPoint® sequence enabled you will need to load a
PowerPoint® file into that sequence. Click the load button on
the Program Control toolbar and locate the PowerPoint® file you
wish to load.

To rename a playlist type a
new name in the "Name" text box.
To delete a playlist from the
program use the right and left arrows to locate that playlist and click
"Delete".
The Loop Sequence check box
determines whether or not the playlist will repeat when it is played
using the "Run" button on the Program Control toolbar. If the box
is checked then the playlist will restart when it is finished. If
it is not checked then the playlist will stop with the final slide.
Be sure to set up the Grid Settings
for your playlist. The Size
controls how wide your slides will be (or tall if you are using a
vertical playlist). The Orientation of your playlist can be set
to Horizontal, Vertical, or Auto Set Orientation.
Setting the orientation to auto automatically sets the
orientation based on the shape of the playlist. Under most
circumstances there is not reason to uncheck the Auto Set Orientation
box.

The Text Display check box
determines wheter the slide is displayed as a slide (unchecked) or as
text with a slide thumbnail.
