The Main Toolbar
The toobars can be expanded or retraction and activated by clicking on sub-toolbar label.
A button showing an orange triangle mean that right clicking on this button produces
another action,
usually linked to editing that buttons function.
The Screen Control Tool bar
is used to manipulate what is projected onto the output screen.
- The "Run" button will play the currently showing sequence/play list.
Note The Playing Sequence also display a playing icon in it tab. The run button will start form the current location.
Note the current location can be also be set by right clicking on slide. This select a slide without showing that selected
slide to the congregation.
- The "Preview" toggles the running playlist to also be shown playing in the selected preview
- The "Live" make the user selection in the palette or playlist live to projector.
In the mixer layout there are two live modes.
"Click+" pre load the next slide in to the available view. This slide can then be played from the mixer or the playlist.
When not active the system is in effect frozen to click in the playlist or palette.
- The "Remove" button will remove the text from the screen while keeping the current background.
- The "Alert" button will display the Nursery Alert property page.
- The Default Slides.The last two buttons on
the Screen Control Toolbar are the default slides. These slides
can be setup for any purpose, like blanking out the screen or as a
welcome screen etc. They are setup and changed by right clicking (the same way a slide in the playlist can be changed)
- Click the slide on the toolbar. It will appear in the Preview Window.
- To change the background right-click the slide on the toolbar and select choose current image (which is display by slecting an image form the image palette)
- To change the transiton right-click select edit"Slide" property page will appear.
- To add text /image (logo) right-click select Show/Edit and then drag a text/image form the tool tab in the palette
The Layout Toolbar
The Layout is lets the user quickly switch between different
layouts
Click a layout button to switch to that layout.

The Program Toolbar
The Program Toolbar is designed to save load del the selected playlist
- The "Load" button loads playlists or program (a set of playlists) files.
- The "Save" button will save the currently loaded playlist (.tSQ) or program (.tPG) or the workspace (.tWS)
- The "Del" button clears the current playlist.
The Edit Toolbar
- The "Edit" button allows editing of
- preferences
- Screen Setup
- Playlist add/remove/edit

- The "Song" allows the creation of a new song
The Mini buttons
The Main Toolbar on the top right of the screen has several buttons, to
carry out various program features.From the left they are,
- Logging of Songs
allows you to keep track of the songs you display during
your services throughout the year. During your services you can
click this button, causing it to turn green. When it is green it
will keep track of every song that you display in Presentation
Manager. You can access this list by ...
- Save Workspace/Edited Songs
allow you to save your workspace. When the workspace is saved all of the new edited
songs in the current song tab will be saved
- New Song/Notice
allows you to add a new song
- Edit Properties same edit as above
- Text View Notes when a text window/layout is displayed pressing this button
toggle bewteen view sermon/slide note or view the song/Bible text
- Help displays the searchable help file,
