Parameter Entity

The Paramater entity can be added to presentation slides and will display the value of a global parameter.

Using the Parameter Entity Tool

1. Drag the Parameter Entity tool onto a sequence. Doing this will create a new slide with a the Paramter Entity in the slide. Clicking on the new slide will display the Parameter Entity tool's ROI.

Alternatly, the Parameter Entity can be added directly to an existing slide. Click a slide to display it in the Viewert Window. Drag the Parameter Entity tool onto the Viewer Window to add it to the slide.

2. Right-click in the ROI and navigate to the inputs page. Drag the Parameter object off the ROT onto the inputs page. Use the dropdown menu to select the parameter to display.

3. Navigate to the Render Style Page to set the font and style.

4. On the entity's "Text" page use "%s" to display a string, use "%f" to dislay a numeric value. Additional text can be added as well.
