Workspace Focus Tool
The Workspace Focus tool will bring a specified window tab to the
front of a collection of tabbed windows. For example, the
Workspace Focus tool could display an SPC data chart in the middle of a
running sequence.
Using the Workspace Focus Tool
Drag any tabbed window collection off the ROT onto the "TabbedWindows" portion of the Workspace Focus Tool's Inputs
page. Use the dropdown menu to select a tab from the collection.
When the tool is run the selected tabbed window from the
collection will be shown.
The Window Collections
Every tabbed window collection is referenced in the ROT. Here is a list of the most common AM tabbed window collections.
Pallet
This window collection holds all the tool sets. By default this window collection is only available in Configuration Mode.
Programs
This window collection holds all the sequences. By default this window collection is only available in Configuration Mode.
SPC Window
This is the Results window. This window give access to SPC data charts, the Results view and the Info screen.
IPWindowCollection
This holds the Image Viewer window (CIF Viewer) and Event Log.
DigitalIOCollection and AnalogIOCollection
These collections may or may not have more than one tab.
